Processing personal data

When you contact us via email, the data you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, will be stored on our own mail server. Those emails will be saved up to a maximum of two years. The goal is that Voortgezet is able to contact, for example, to offer a proposal, job interview or service.

The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored for 26 months within Google Analytics. The purpose of these (anonymous) usage data to learn from the behavior of our visitors, and on that basis to continue to improve our website.

No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Voortgezet website is private. You recognize this security by the green lock for the url.

Right of access: You have the right to request your data at all times that are recorded and stored at Voortgezet. You do this by sending an e-mail or by calling us. You will then receive an overview of your data.

Right to rectification: Are your data not correct? Or have your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Voortgezet.

Right to erase data: Do you no longer want your data stored at Voortgezet? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.

Right to submit a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you feel that Voortgezet does not handle your data correctly. This can be done via this link.

Right of transfer: If you need the data stored at Voortgezet in case you switch to another party or service, then you have the right to transfer. Voortgezet must transfer all your data to the other party.

Right to stop data use (objection): Do not you want Voortgezet to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data. The use of these rights can be done via info@voortgezet.eu by sending a copy of the ID-proof with the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and BSN unreadable. The aim is to respond within a week.

We process your personal data because, in the words of the General Data Protection Regulation, we have a 'legitimate interest'. This means that we are allowed to process your data because that is necessary for our business operations, as long as your privacy interests do not get stuck. We may also do so in the interest of our customers. If we require your consent to the processing of certain personal data, we will only process this data once we have received your consent, and we will stop using it if you withdraw it.
